Farzana Ali
Chief Executive Officer
Farzana Ali leads LNSS Enterprises from Lahore. Under her leadership, LNSS brings Starkey hearing technology, care from our audiologist and custom earmolds made in our own Lahore lab to families, clinics and public health programmes across Pakistan. She built LNSS as a social enterprise, on the belief that good hearing care and inclusion belong together. That belief shapes how the company works: Pakistan Sign Language support, care explained in English or Urdu, and partnerships with institutions that want lasting hearing care services, not one-off projects.

Laiba Sohail
Manager Programs & Senior Audiologist
Laiba leads programme development and partnerships at LNSS. She works with NGOs, institutions and donors, managing projects from proposal to impact reporting.
Naeem Ashraf
Manager of Sales & Senior Audiologist
Naeem Ashraf is our Senior Audiologist and leads sales at LNSS. He works closely with senior audiologists across the region and connects the latest hearing technology with hands-on patient care.
Bilal Khan
Manager Clinical Services & Senior Audiologist
Bilal Khan leads our diagnostic work and Starkey hearing aid fittings. He also mentors the audiology teams at LNSS and Horn Edge and keeps our care standards high.
Noureen Rubab
Audiologist
Noureen checks patients’ hearing, explains the results in English or Urdu, and fits and fine tunes hearing aids so they suit each patient’s daily life.
Zaima Shabbir
Audiologist
Zaima carries out hearing checks, talks patients through their results, and fits and adjusts hearing aids, staying with them as they get used to their new hearing.
Noor Hassan
Manager Digital Lab Technology and AI Solutions
Noor leads the digital side of LNSS, from the 3D workflow in our Lahore lab to the AI tools and systems that support our team and patients.
Mrs. Ayesha
Lab Incharge
Mrs. Ayesha runs daily work in our Lahore lab, from receiving ear impressions to scanning, printing and checking each earmold before it goes out.
Abdul Hanan
3Shape Designer
Hanan designs custom earmolds in 3Shape software. He turns the 3D scan of each ear impression into a precise digital mold, ready for printing in our Lahore lab.
Yousaf Rehman
Office Manager
Yousaf keeps the LNSS office running day to day. He manages schedules, records and supplies, and supports the team so patients and partners get a smooth experience.
